Shiva Balasubramaniyan

Shiva Balasubramaniyan leads technology innovation, InsurTech, and strategic ventures for Capgemini to bring quality transformation for insurers, specifically around data, environment and automation. He is passionate about building cohesive, high performing, global, joint Capgemini - client teams and increasing the value by implementing innovation led technology services.

Shiva has extensive experiencing working with leading insurers, InsurTechs, investors, accelerators and mentors to bring the innovation of cohorts of startups. He also brings insurtech acceleration activities for leading insurers working with early stage and enterprise ready insurtechs. 

Shiva is the co-author of the Capgemini World InsurTech Report and a sector author for World Quality Reports. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Adam Bowen

Adam is a technology leader with over 15 years of experience in technical, sales, and senior leadership roles. As the Strategic Advisor in the Office of the CTO, Adam focuses on international markets, expanding the DataOps ecosystem, and evaluating technology partnerships. The majority of Adam’s time is spent working with other thought leaders in the Global F100 to eliminate key business constraints through people, process, and technology.

 Adam's background is in DevOps, TDM, Cloud, and Security for the US government and global financial powers. Adam routinely speaks at events about these topics with other industry visionaries like Gene Kim, and publishes blogs posts and articles on these subjects frequently. Adam was recently commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel in recognition to his commitments to public service and charitable works.

Dan Graves

Dan Graves is a software and cloud industry veteran of over 20 years. He is currently Vice President, Global Product Ecosystem at Delphix, responsible for global technology partnerships, including cloud providers such as AWS and Microsoft Azure and Global Systems Integrators such as Accenture, Cap Gemini and Cognizant.

Previously at Delphix, Dan built the Product organization from the ground up, including Product Management, Product Marketing, Program Management, and Delphix Labs. Over his career, he has led product groups at a variety of leading technology firms including Symantec, NeXT / Apple, Sun Microsystems, NetDynamics, and Rockwell International's AI labs.
