Our Core Values
A Culture of Growth
First-line managers make-or-break our business; each manager is a role model for our corporate values, building a strong cohesive team, all at the same time contributing individually to deliver results.
At Delphix every manager learns to balance the day with a view to the future. We recognize the lifecycle of an employee’s journey and build our talent pipeline from within, adding new talent to enhance and expand our technical knowledge across all disciplines.
At the core of our leadership principles is communication; the way we treat one another with respect, share learnings and dialog across all disciplines and apply best practices to managing globally and remotely.
We believe in the power of Mentorship to support and empower our employees. During orientation at Delphix you begin the process of assimilating into our culture with a buddy/mentor that will introduce you to the people and processes to get you off to a good start.
A mentor is an adviser. They are someone that can provide perspective on your role, career and situation. They can help you work out what you are really good at or what you need to be good at to shine in the organization.
They understand the organization and can help you to navigate the corporate ladder. They can help you define your strengths, weakness, challenges and potential career journey.
From Learning to Leading
One way in which we measure our onboarding effectiveness is through Impact. Meaning how long does it take one of our new hires to go from learning to leading. This cycle time not only tells us how well we are doing in terms of our onboarding process but it’s also directly linked to how the new hire feels in terms of their ability to impact and ultimately their retention. A manager’s job is to foster our culture which supports our employees to be their best and be heard. Optimal execution requires all players contributing.
We celebrate Diversity of thoughts and perspectives. It is our believe that we are stronger when we integrate different ideas. Check out our dedicated D&I page.
Diversity means respect for, and appreciation of, differences between us - both visible and invisible (including ethnicity, gender, age, national origin, disability, race, sexual orientation, education, socioeconomic background and religion). But it's more than these checkboxes - we are strongest when we bring together diverse perspectives, work experiences, lifestyles and cultures.
