From Learning to Leading
One way in which we measure our onboarding effectiveness is through Impact. Meaning how long does it take one of our new hires to go from learning to leading. This cycle time not only tells us how well we are doing in terms of our onboarding process but it’s also directly linked to how the new hire feels in terms of their ability to impact and ultimately their retention. A manager’s job is to foster our culture which supports our employees to be their best and be heard. Optimal execution requires all players contributing.
