President and Chief Executive Officer

Chris Cook

Chris Cook is a veteran technology executive with more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. He has a long history of strong results, accomplished through a passionate commitment to align people, process and technology. Most recently, Cook served as president and chief operating officer of New Relic, a software analytics leader, where he spent over four years scaling the company's operations, leading to a successful IPO in 2014. Prior to New Relic, Cook spent four years as corporate senior vice president and general manager of CA Technologies' application performance management division and held sales leadership positions at Quest Software and BMC Software. He began his career with IBM after receiving his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado - Boulder.

Jedidiah Yueh

Jedidiah Yueh has led two waves of disruption in data management, first as founding CEO of Avamar (sold to EMC in 2006 for $165M), which pioneered data de-duplication and shipped one of the leading products in data backup and recovery, with over 20,000 customers and $4B in cumulative sales. After Avamar, Jed founded Delphix, which pioneered data virtualization, with over $200M in its first 7 years of sales (10x Avamar over the same period) and over 30% of the Global 100 as customers. At the 2010 Fall DEMO conference, Delphix won a DEMO God award, and in 2013, the San Francisco Business Times named Jed CEO of the Year. Well connected in the venture community, Jed has raised over $150M from over 10 VCs and has more than 25 patents in data management. After being designated a US Presidential Scholar by George H. Bush, Jed graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude from Harvard. As Executive Chairman at Delphix, Jed partners with executives at industry leaders from Apple to Walmart to help them drive innovation through software.
Chief Financial Officer

Stewart Grierson

Stewart Grierson has over 20 years of financial and operational experience working with high growth private and public technology companies. He was the CFO of ArcSight Inc., leading their successful IPO in 2008, and ultimate sale to HP for $1.75 billion in 2010. Prior to ArcSight, Stewart was VP and Corporate Controller at ONI Systems and a key member of the IPO team. More recently Stewart was CFO and SVP Operations at Coraid, a data storage company. Stewart started his career with KPMG LLP. He also sits on the Board of Ruckus Wireless and serves as their Audit Committee Chair. He holds a BA in Economics from McGill University and is a Chartered Accountant.
Chief Marketing Officer

Michelle Kerr

Michelle brings over 20 years of corporate and product marketing experience to Delphix. Michelle previously served as head of marketing for Pivotal overseeing the strategy to build a global higher profile and demand engine. At Oracle, she oversaw a global marketing organization responsible for driving demand of engineered systems, Cloud based and on premise portfolios, strategic partners and developer community. Michelle earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications at Brigham Young University.
Chief Technology Officer

Eric Schrock

Eric was a founding engineer at Sun's Fishworks group that created the ZFS Storage Appliance product line. At Sun and later Oracle, he led the distributed data management and storage platform integration strategies. Prior to that, he worked on a variety of teams in the Solaris kernel group, including the ZFS, Zones, and fault management teams. He is a leader in the illumos community, holds two patents and has several pending. He joined Delphix in 2010 and has a BS in Computer Science, with honors, from Brown University.
SVP, Worldwide Sales

Tony Orlando

As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Delphix, Anthony (Tony) Orlando helps to spur adoption of the transformative approach Delphix applies to data management. Prior to joining Delphix in 2017, Tony acted as an EVP at 3Pillar Global, where he led sales, marketing, and sales operations, making the company first in their sector for growth and client satisfaction. Before his work with 3Pillar Global, Tony also served in various executive roles at CA Technologies, including SVP & GM North American Channel and Mid-Market, SVP & GM Eastern U.S., and SVP Solution Sales Wily Technology North America. His career has also included leadership roles at NetApp, Strategic Technologies and The Allied Group, building and leading pre-sales, business development, professional services, and consulting organizations.
SVP, Engineering

Marc Aronson

Marc Aronson is an industry veteran with a long history of building engineering organizations that deliver scalable systems and platforms. Prior to joining Delphix, Aronson was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Zuora, where he was responsible for world-wide research, development and operations. He has also held SVP of engineering roles with Telenav, CA, and Oracle's Communications Global Business Unit. Earlier in his career, he also held other management positions at Portal Software, Adobe System, General Electric Corporate Research & Development and Phoenix Data Systems.

Aronson holds a Bachelor's and Master's of Computer Science from State University of New York at Albany.

Chris Schaepe

Chris Schaepe is a founder and Managing Director of Lightspeed Venture Partners, covering infrastructure technologies and services. Schaepe has frequently been named to the Forbes Midas List of top venture capital investors for investments including Avamar, Brocade, Ciena, Quantum Effect Devices and Riverbed Technology. He has eighteen years of venture capital experience and four years of operating experience. Prior to Lightspeed, Schaepe served in corporate finance and capital markets roles at Goldman, Sachs & Co. after his employment as a software engineer at IBM. Schaepe holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Stanford University.

Asheem Chandna

Asheem Chandna (follow on Twitter @chandna) is a Partner at Greylock Partners. He has helped create and grow multiple technology businesses and product lines to market-leading positions -- both as a former operating executive and as a venture capitalist. His current company boards and investments include AppDynamics, Delphix, Imperva, Palo Alto Networks, Sourcefire (FIRE), TechProcess Solutions and Xsigo Systems. Previous company boards and investments include Aruba Networks (ARUN), CipherTrust (MCAF), NetBoost (INTC), PortAuthority Technologies (WBSN), and Securent (CSCO). Chandna joined Greylock from Check Point Software, where he was vice-president of business development and product management. During his 6+ year tenure, Check Point grew from $10M to $500M+ in annual revenues. Chandna is a charter member of TiE Silicon Valley, on the panel of judges for the Wall Street Journal Global Technology Innovation Awards, on the advisory board and program committee for the RSA Conference, and part of the VC program at DeVenCI (Defense Venture Capital Initiative). Born and raised in India, Chandna holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Jason Binder

Jason Binder serves as the Vice President of People. Prior to joining Delphix in January 2010, he was one of the first employees and served as the Senior Director of Business Operations at Xsigo Systems an I/O virtualization start-up acquired by Oracle. Prior to his 4 years with Xsigo, Jason worked with top tier venture capital firms performing retained searches and key human capital initiatives. Jason started his career in the networking arena working with Cisco and later Juniper Networks. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
