President and Chief Executive Officer

Chris Cook

Chris Cook is a veteran technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. He has a long history of strong results, accomplished through a passionate commitment to align people, process and market changing technology. Chris has been the CEO of Delphix for the past two years, driving strong growth and results, while establishing the DataOps category. Prior to Delphix, he served as President and COO of New Relic, the leader in software analytics, where he spent over four years scaling the company's operations, leading to a successful IPO in 2014. Prior to New Relic, Cook spent five years as corporate senior vice president and general manager of CA Technologies' application performance management division, formerly Wily Technology, and held sales leadership positions at Quest Software and BMC Software. He began his career with IBM.

Jedidiah Yueh

Jedidiah Yueh has led two waves of disruption in data management, first as founding CEO of Avamar (sold to EMC in 2006 for $165M), which pioneered data de-duplication and shipped one of the leading products in data backup and recovery, with over 20,000 customers and $4B in cumulative sales. After Avamar, Jed founded Delphix, which pioneered data virtualization, with over $200M in its first 7 years of sales (10x Avamar over the same period) and over 30% of the Global 100 as customers. At the 2010 Fall DEMO conference, Delphix won a DEMO God award, and in 2013, the San Francisco Business Times named Jed CEO of the Year. Well connected in the venture community, Jed has raised over $150M from over 10 VCs and has more than 25 patents in data management. After being designated a US Presidential Scholar by George H. Bush, Jed graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude from Harvard. As Executive Chairman at Delphix, Jed partners with executives at industry leaders from Apple to Walmart to help them drive innovation through software.
Chief Financial Officer

Stewart Grierson

Stewart Grierson has over 20 years of financial and operational experience working with high growth private and public technology companies. He was the CFO of ArcSight Inc., leading their successful IPO in 2008, and ultimate sale to HP for $1.75 billion in 2010. Prior to ArcSight, Stewart was VP and Corporate Controller at ONI Systems and a key member of the IPO team. More recently Stewart was CFO and SVP Operations at Coraid, a data storage company. Stewart started his career with KPMG LLP. He holds a BA in Economics from McGill University and is a Chartered Accountant.
Senior Vice President, Global Field Operations

Tony Orlando

Tony joined Delphix in 2017 and serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Field Operations, responsible for global sales, services, strategic partnerships, integrated marketing, customer success and support. He helps enterprises transform their approach to data management unleashing business innovation and agility. Prior to joining Delphix, Tony was Executive Vice President at 3Pillar Global, responsible for sales, marketing, operations and client services, leading 3Pillar to first in their sector for growth and client satisfaction. Tony has held multiple senior executive roles at CA Technologies including SVP Wily Technology North American Sales, SVP & GM Eastern U.S. and SVP & GM North American Partner Sales where he grew revenues in excess of $850 Million. Previous roles include senior executive positions at NetApp, Strategic Technologies, and The Allied Group.

With a passion for disruptive technologies from the start, Tony began his career in aerospace at NASA with Lockheed Engineering and holds a BS in Management Information Systems and an MBA from Old Dominion University.
Chief Marketing Officer

Monika Saha

Monika Saha is an 18 year veteran of the Software/SaaS space and joins Delphix from Zuora where she was most recently the VP & GM of Zuora’s RevPro product line. During her 9 year tenure at Zuora she held multiple leadership roles across sales, marketing and product management and led a number of initiatives that propelled Zuora from an early stage Series B funded company through its successful IPO in 2018. She was instrumental in crafting Zuora's leading market position of the now-established “Recurring Customer and Billing Management” category with Forrester and the "Subscription Relationship Management" category with IDC that serve as proof points of Zuora’s evangelism of the greater “Subscription Economy®.” At Delphix, she is responsible for leading the company’s global corporate and product marketing functions, shaping and influencing the company’s position in the market.

Jason Binder

Jason Binder serves as the Vice President of People. Prior to joining Delphix in January 2010, he was one of the first employees and served as the Senior Director of Business Operations at Xsigo Systems an I/O virtualization start-up acquired by Oracle. Prior to his 4 years with Xsigo, Jason worked with top tier venture capital firms performing retained searches and key human capital initiatives. Jason started his career in the networking arena working with Cisco and later Juniper Networks. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Chief Technology Officer

Eric Schrock

Eric was a founding engineer at Sun's Fishworks group that created the ZFS Storage Appliance product line. At Sun and later Oracle, he led the distributed data management and storage platform integration strategies. Prior to that, he worked on a variety of teams in the Solaris kernel group, including the ZFS, Zones, and fault management teams. He is a leader in the illumos community, holds two patents and has several pending. He joined Delphix in 2010 and has a BS in Computer Science, with honors, from Brown University.
Senior Vice President, Engineering

Marc Aronson

Marc Aronson is an industry veteran with a long history of building engineering organizations that deliver scalable systems and platforms. Prior to joining Delphix, Aronson was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Zuora, where he was responsible for world-wide research, development and operations. He has also held SVP of engineering roles with Telenav, CA, and Oracle's Communications Global Business Unit. Earlier in his career, he also held other management positions at Portal Software, Adobe System, General Electric Corporate Research & Development and Phoenix Data Systems.

Aronson holds a Bachelor's and Master's of Computer Science from State University of New York at Albany.

Chris Schaepe

Chris Schaepe is a founder and Managing Director of Lightspeed Venture Partners, covering infrastructure technologies and services. Schaepe has frequently been named to the Forbes Midas List of top venture capital investors for investments including Avamar, Brocade, Ciena, Quantum Effect Devices and Riverbed Technology. He has eighteen years of venture capital experience and four years of operating experience. Prior to Lightspeed, Schaepe served in corporate finance and capital markets roles at Goldman, Sachs & Co. after his employment as a software engineer at IBM. Schaepe holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Stanford University.

Asheem Chandna

Asheem Chandna (follow on Twitter @chandna) is a Partner at Greylock Partners. He has helped create and grow multiple technology businesses and product lines to market-leading positions -- both as a former operating executive and as a venture capitalist. His current company boards and investments include AppDynamics, Delphix, Imperva, Palo Alto Networks, Sourcefire (FIRE), TechProcess Solutions and Xsigo Systems. Previous company boards and investments include Aruba Networks (ARUN), CipherTrust (MCAF), NetBoost (INTC), PortAuthority Technologies (WBSN), and Securent (CSCO). Chandna joined Greylock from Check Point Software, where he was vice-president of business development and product management. During his 6+ year tenure, Check Point grew from $10M to $500M+ in annual revenues. Chandna is a charter member of TiE Silicon Valley, on the panel of judges for the Wall Street Journal Global Technology Innovation Awards, on the advisory board and program committee for the RSA Conference, and part of the VC program at DeVenCI (Defense Venture Capital Initiative). Born and raised in India, Chandna holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Betsy Atkins

A highly acclaimed public company Board Director and author, Betsy Atkins is a three time CEO that now serves on some of the world’s most visible global public and private company boards, which includes Wynn Resorts, Cognizant, Schneider Electric, Volvo Car Corporation, Docker, Chico’s, Vonage, Darden Restaurants, NASDAQ and HealthSouth. Betsy has written a number of books on Corporate Governance, including the recently published book, Behind Boardroom Doors: Lessons of a Corporate Director, and is an active contributor to The Financial Times, National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and Forbes. She is a graduate of both the University of Massachusetts (magna cum laude) and Trinity College Oxford.

Liz Tinkham

Liz Tinkham is a dynamic leader and respected advisor to C-level executives on issues of technology, digital transformation, and leadership. Liz most recently served as a Senior Managing Director at Accenture where she was a member of the Firm’s Global Leadership Council and the Global Lead for Microsoft. Under Liz’s leadership of her 5500-person team at Microsoft, account revenue more than doubled, profit margins increased by 25% and Microsoft became the largest of Accenture’s commercial clients. As a long-time member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Council (top .02% leaders), Liz helped craft and lead the implementation of several initiatives that have contributed to Accenture’s significant growth. Liz advises both public and private companies on the challenges and opportunities inherent in the shift to digital technologies. As a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where she received a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Liz is an avid Buckeye fan.

Penny Herscher

Penny serves on four public company boards: Lumentum, Faurecia SA, PROS and Verint Systems and one private company board, Delphix. Over the past 20 years, she has served as President & CEO of technology companies in groundbreaking new markets. Based in Silicon Valley, she took her first company, Simplex Solutions, public and then later sold it to Cadence Design Systems in 2002. After Simplex, she sold her second company, FirstRain, to Ignite Technologies in 2017. Prior to Simplex, Penny was a member of the executive leadership team at Synopsys, and lead the company through a successful IPO, on the way to becoming the #1 EDA company in the world at the time. Penny chairs the Compensation Committee at Lumentum, serves on the Governance Committees at Verint, PROS, and Lumentum and serves on the Compensation (Management) Committees at Faurecia and PROS. She has deep expertise in leadership, governance and executive compensation.
