Our global engineering team is committed to bringing the Delphix Engine to life and delivering a modern and secure platform to our customers. They design, build and test the company’s products, including the flagship Virtualization Engine and Masking Engine. The sheer scope of this responsibility calls for people who thrive in an innovative, inclusive and fast-paced environment.

Sales and Field Services

Our sales and technical service teams are seasoned professionals who take great pride in working with some of the largest and most cutting-edge companies in the world. At Delphix, we don’t sell a product, we sell a platform to solve complex data problems and deliver on our customers’ desired business outcomes. The rewards at Delphix are twofold, both tangible and intangible, directly contributing to the legacy of Delphix and the customers you serve.


The marketing team is charged with driving demand and establishing a global footprint for the Delphix brand by crafting unique experiences across channels for enterprise companies worldwide. Our world-class team is comprised of Partner Marketing, Marketing Ops, Digital Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Field Marketing, National Events, APJ Marketing and EMEA Marketing.

Product Management

Our product management team is passionate about building a product that customers love. They work closely with engineering to design and bring impactful solutions to market that disrupt data delivery, accelerate app development and cloud adoption as well as ensure data security and privacy. Product management bridges the gap between our customers and development teams, guiding products through the full development and go-to-market cycle.

Customer Success

The core objective of this team is to ensure customer satisfaction by creating the best Delphix experience for our customers. Customer Success manages and fosters deep relationships with our users and provides guidance and expertise to help them recognize maximum benefit from deploying Delphix at their companies. This team is comprised of industry veterans with specific focus in Account Management, Support Engineering, Education and Operations.

HR / G&A

People are our most important resource. The infrastructure teams, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, IT, Facilities, and Office Services provide the foundation to get employees off on the right track and support them through their Delphix journey. From Learning to Leading

One way in which we measure our onboarding effectiveness is through Impact. Meaning how long does it take one of our new hires to go from learning to leading. This cycle time not only tells us how well we are doing in terms of our onboarding process but it’s also directly linked to how the new hire feels in terms of their ability to impact and ultimately their retention. A manager’s job is to foster our culture which supports our employees to be their best and be heard. Optimal execution requires all players contributing.
